Patients daily clinical readings are fully monitored by licensed patient coordinators and healthcare professionals, who follow up care with patients’ clinicians.

We enroll patients after written consent from patient through their clinicians.

Patients’ eligibility is identified by their clinicians only and we do not directly solicit patients for RPM enrollment.
